Can I have different agents login one account?
I only have few employees in my company for sales agent and I am wondering if they can just use one account since they are really not logging in too much to Zendesk.

Official comment
For security purposes, we do not allow what we call "general" account to agents. We advised to have one account per agent just in case there are changes made in that account, or if someone use that account to answer inquires, we know who to track.
